Resource & Referral Network
We connect organizations to high-quality support services and practical tools, acting as a hub for leaders to find vetted resources such as fundraising consultants, leadership coaches, accountants, software, and more. Our goal is to reduce the time and effort needed for advocates to find the right expertise while ensuring they receive high-quality support tailored to their needs.
Cross-Organization Projects
We help coordinate and manage strategic projects that span multiple organizations or impact the broader animal protection movement. By providing structure, facilitation, and project management, we enable leaders to focus on driving solutions while we ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
ABOUT US
Andrea spent nearly a decade as Executive Vice President of The Humane League, guiding its transformation into a top-rated, international nonprofit. With an MBA and a background in Organizational Behavior, she has served on multiple boards, and co-founded programs advancing leadership skills, equity and inclusion, and organizational resilience in the farmed animal protection movement.
Liana brings 15 years of experience improving effectiveness in social-impact organizations, from United Nations program management in conflict zones to nonprofit strategy consulting. As Associate Director at Root Cause, she worked with more than 35 organizations—including foundations, governments, and social enterprises—on strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance measurement.
Together, Andrea’s deep experience within the animal protection movement, including leading and scaling a top-rated organization, complements Liana’s expertise in advising a diverse range of mission-driven organizations on strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
